◆Can I purchase without registering as a member?
Yes, you can. In that case, you will need to enter your address and email address each time you place an order.


◆After confirming my order, can I place an additional order and have it shipped together?
If you would like to place an additional order, please contact us by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Depending on the product, it may already be ready to ship and may not be possible to ship it together with other items.


◆How do I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

You can only cancel your order before it is shipped.

◆I forgot my password.

◆Regarding the issuance of receipts <br>If you would like a receipt, please write *I would like a receipt* in the free-form comments field when placing your order.
If you wish to have the item delivered to a different address than the orderer's name, please also enter the desired address.


◆Can you attach a gift tag?
If you select "I would like gift delivery" when placing your order, we can provide you with a gift tag.


◆Can I specify the delivery date and time?
When placing your order, please enter your desired delivery date and time in the free-form comment field.
As a guideline, we will deliver your product within 2-3 days of placing your order.


◆Can I use cash on delivery (COD)?
Please select *Cash on Delivery* as your payment method when placing your order.
*A separate cash-on-delivery fee (330 yen including tax)* will be charged, so please pay this to the delivery person when the product arrives.
