About payment methods

Credit card (prepayment)

  • Prepayment. Only one payment is required.
  • The token payment method allows for the non-retention of credit card information.
    *Token payment is a highly secure payment service that tokenizes (encrypts) the credit card number entered by the customer to make the payment.


Bank transfer (prepayment)

PayPay Bank
1. On the [ Checkout] screen, select [ Purchase as a guest] .
2. On the payment screen, select [ Bank Transfer ].
  • Bank: PayPay Bank (formerly Japan Net Bank)
  • Advance payment required. Items will be shipped after payment confirmation.
  • Please transfer the fee to the account listed in the order email.
    *Please make payment within one week of placing your order.
    *Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.


Postal transfer (prepayment)

Japan Post Bank
1. On the [ Checkout] screen, select [ Purchase as a guest] .
2. On the payment screen, select [ Postal Money Order ].
  • Bank: Japan Post Bank
  • Advance payment required. Items will be shipped after payment confirmation.
  • Please transfer the fee to the account listed in the order email.
    *Please make payment within one week of placing your order.
    *Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.


Cash on delivery (payment upon arrival of product)

Yamato Transport
1. On the [ Checkout] screen, select [ Purchase as a guest] .
2. Select [ Cash on Delivery ] as the shipping method.
  • The fee is 330 yen.
    *Even if shipping is free, cash on delivery fees will be charged separately.
  • Please pay in cash to the delivery person when the product arrives.

Estimated shipping date : 1 to 3 business days after your order (or after we confirm your payment if you paid by bank transfer).
*If you have a preferred delivery date, please enter it in the notes section of your cart when placing your order.
*Depending on the year-end and New Year holidays, peak seasons, number of orders, and stock availability,

Smart Letter

  • Up to one 100g flat bag. The fee is 210 yen.
  • No tracking number. Delivery will be to your mailbox.
*Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, so delivery will be delayed.
If there are weekends and holidays in between, it may take up to a week.


Yu-Packet

  • Size: A+B+C = 60cm or less (A = 34cm or less, C = 3cm or less)
  • Up to 5 100g flat bags. Up to 3 Araragi bags or tea bags. The cost is 360 yen.
  • For boxed items, up to three 100g flat bags are allowed.
  • Tracking number available. Delivery will be to your mailbox.

Letter Pack Plus


  • [Boxed] Item not available.
  • Up to six 100g flat bags. Up to four araragi bags or tea bags. The cost is 600 yen.
  • Tracking number available. Delivery will be made in person and a signature or stamp will be required.
  • *If "Specially Selected Premium Brand" is shipped together, the maximum number of pieces is four due to the specifications of the araragi bag.
